🔐 Deposit Policy * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. * This deposit goes toward your service total. * Reschedules made outside of 24 hours will retain the deposit for a future booking. * Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. ⸻ ⏳ Cancellation & Rescheduling * Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. * Late cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the remaining balance. * No-shows will also incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance. ⸻ 💳 Card & Payment Policy * A valid card is required on file when booking. * Card payments at checkout are subject to an additional processing fee, where applicable. This does not change the listed prices of any services. * To avoid card processing fees, please bring exact cash for your remaining balance. * Cards will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or unpaid balance. * Booking with insufficient funds, locked cards, or without intent to show may result in permanent booking restrictions. ⸻ 🚫 Missed Payments * Unpaid fees must be cleared before rebooking. * Clients with outstanding balances will be blocked from scheduling future appointments until payment is made in full. ⸻ ⏱️ Late Arrivals * A 10-minute grace period is provided. * After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show. ⸻ 🚷 No Extra Guests * For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests are allowed unless being serviced. * Please arrive alone to your appointment. ⸻ 👩🏽‍🦱 Client Age Policy * I provide services to clients ages 16 and up. * Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to their first appointment to sign a parental consent form. * Valid ID is required at the time of service to verify age when necessary.
