Cancellation Policy
(Cancellation & No-Show Policy)
I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. My booking software will send out appointment reminders 72 hours prior to your scheduled time to help you plan accordingly.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, arrive more than 10 minutes late, or do not show up, a 30% fee of your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
(Late Policy)
You have a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a late cancellation. The 30% fee will be charged, and you will need to book a new appointment online with a new deposit.
(Age Requirement)
Clients must be 16 years or older. If you are under the age of 16, a parent or legal guardian must be present at your first appointment to provide written consent.
(Guests)
Only one person is allowed in the treatment room. Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment.
(Refunds)
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If you experience any issues or concerns, please contact me directly—I want to ensure you have the best experience possible.
